Cruciferous Veggies
Broccoli and cauliflower are in the cruciferous vegetable family along with cabbage and their lesser know cousin kohlrabi. Across the country people are used to eating broccoli and cauliflower all the time and with high frequency. I would dare anyone to try to grow these and enough of them to satisfy your needs, and you will have a whole new appreciation for a vegetable that is seemingly everywhere.
